This very pretty groundcover is a lovely addition to the dry woodland. They create quite a surprise in spring with very sweet upward facing pale mauve flowers which open with the warmth of the sun. Best planted at the edge of woodland, not in deep shade or they will not flower. Must be kept dry in winter or they will rot out.
