Shipping & Packing

We dispatch throughout the year except the very hot months by post, however free pickup is available year round. Orders are posted on Mondays and Tuesdays so they can reach their destination within the same week. We do not post in weeks with a public holiday due to possible delays in the post. We do not sell to Western Australia, Tasmania or overseas.

Please note our postage and handling rates through Australia Post effective July 2023, which is calculated on order size. Please ensure you check your selected postage before proceeding with payment.

Plants or mixed orders express post:
$17.50 for orders up to $20
$22.50 for orders up to $50
$35 for orders over $50

Seed only standard mail:
$5 for orders up to $15
$10 for orders over $15

Free pickup from Bowral is available year round by appointment only. This option can be selected on the checkout page.

Returns

If for some reason out of our control the plants do not arrive in good order a complaint must be lodged within 3 working days to our office. Plants may be replaced under these circumstances.
