Attracts insects, bees and butterflies
Bright yellow/orange honey scented flower balls look like they are bouncing over this large growing shrub (4m x 4m) in late spring/summer. Lovely textured dark green leaves. Easy and quick to grow. Versatile with regard to soil conditions, amount of sun, tolerates salt spray and frost.
Often mistaken for a lilac. The grey leaves fall off during winter, leaving the amazing mauve purple flower panicles.
